Returns & Refunds

Eligibility

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Any customized, altered, or final-sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Quality issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.

Return Window & Process

  • Submit a return request to care@shrivastra.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup in serviceable pin codes. Otherwise, you may need to self-ship the product.
  • Refunds are initiated after the product passes quality inspection at our warehouse. The inspection may take 2-3 business days from receipt.

Refund Timelines

  • Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after QC approval.
  • Cash-on-delivery orders can be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Shipping charges, COD fees, and gift-wrap charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping charges.
  • Please retain the original packaging and share unboxing videos/photos to help us resolve the issue quickly.
