Orders & Payments

  • All orders are processed in INR through our secure payment gateway partners.
  • Orders are confirmed only after payment success. You will receive an email confirmation with your order number.
  • In case a payment is deducted but not reflected, please write to support@shrivastra.com with the transaction details. We will verify with our payment gateway partner.

Product Information

  • Every product listing includes fabric composition, care instructions, and size guidance. Kindly review this information before placing an order.
  • Minor variations in color may occur due to photographic lighting or display settings. These variations will not be treated as defects.

Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of successful payment by contacting our support team.
  • Once an order moves to the “Processing” state, we are unable to guarantee cancellation as the product may already be packed or dispatched.

Liability

  • Shrivastra reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the use of our website or products beyond the product price paid.
